One address for everything — publishing, promotion, orders, young authors and institutions. It reaches a person, and we aim to reply within 2 working days.
What to include
If your message is about an order or a payment, please include the order number. If it is about a manuscript, include its title. It saves a round trip and gets you a useful answer first time.
For authors and parents
Questions about publishing, royalties, KYC or a young author's account all come to the same address. Guardians acting for a young author should write from the email registered on the parent account, so we can confirm who you are before discussing a child's work.
For institutions
Schools, colleges and literary programmes can write to us about cohort accounts and bulk publishing. Tell us roughly how many candidates you expect to publish and we will come back with options.
Grievances
If you have raised something with us and are not satisfied with how it was handled, reply asking for it to be escalated and mark the subject line Grievance. We treat those separately from ordinary support and will acknowledge within 2 working days.
Reporting something urgent
If you believe a book on this platform infringes your copyright, see our copyright page. If you have a concern about the safety of a child using the platform, write to us with “Child safety” in the subject line and it will be looked at the same day.
