By accessing and using Criston Books, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Author Obligations

As an author publishing on our platform, you guarantee that your work is original and does not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

3. Royalties & Fees

Criston Books operates on a Transparent Return Driven (TRD) framework. Authors retain 100% of their royalties after a flat 5% Charter Discount platform fee deduction (15% 5%) and applicable taxes (e.g., 5% TDS).
